Rbm Plumbing Services Llc

Every morning, UncoveredList finds the businesses that registered with the state days ago, usually before they've picked an agent or bound their first commercial policy. Each one is scored for how likely it is to need general liability, workers' comp, commercial auto and more. Shells and registered-agent mail drops are already filtered out.

How it works
New businesses buy insurance in their first weeks. Most agents find them months later. UncoveredList closes that gap.
Every night we pull new LLCs, corporations and sales-tax permits from official state open-data portals in Colorado, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Texas.
We remove holding companies, investment shells, nonprofits and filings that only list a registered-agent mail drop, so you only see real operating businesses.
Each business is tagged into one of 19 insurance-relevant industries and scored 1–100 for how likely it is to need commercial coverage soon, with the lines it probably needs.
By about 6 AM you get a digest and CSV for your territory. Pro and Agency also get a searchable dashboard, AI openers, a contacted tracker and CRM exports.

Business-level records only: no owner names. Subscribers also get business address, state-published email where available, AI openers and exports.

Built for commercial lines
Every lead is scored 1–100 with the reasoning and the likely lines: GL, workers' comp, commercial auto, BOP, professional, cyber, liquor and more.
Holding companies, SPVs and registered-agent addresses are removed before you ever see them. Less noise, more operating businesses.
A clean morning email with the top leads for your territory and the full list attached. Works with any inbox, no new software to learn.
Pick counties, cities or ZIP codes so you only see businesses where you're licensed and appointed. Starter covers one territory per state; Pro and Agency go statewide.
Trucking, contractors, restaurants, healthcare, auto and staffing float to the top, where premium and urgency are highest.
A short, factual first line for each top lead, based only on public filing facts. Edit it, then send from your own inbox.
Search by name, filter by industry, score, county or date, and save the views you use every morning.
Mark leads contacted, quoted, won or do-not-contact. We dedupe across days so you never pitch the same business twice.
One-click CSV mapped for HubSpot, Salesforce, AgencyZoom and EZLynx. Agency adds Applied Epic, AMS360 and HawkSoft templates.
A single small-commercial account can carry thousands in annual premium. Pro starts at $149/month, so one win pays for the year. (Illustrative only. Premiums and commissions vary by risk, carrier and state.)

Official open-data portals: Colorado Secretary of State, New York Department of State, Connecticut Secretary of the State, Pennsylvania Department of State and, for Texas, the Comptroller's new sales-tax permits. See Data sources for links, refresh schedules and the required state disclaimers.
Colorado, New York and Connecticut update daily, usually 1–2 days after a filing. Pennsylvania refreshes weekly to monthly. Texas permits refresh about weekly. Each lead shows its filing or permit date.
No. UncoveredList is business-level only: business name, entity type, filing date, business location, industry, score and likely coverages. We deliberately leave out officer, organizer and owner names. Where a state publishes a business email (Connecticut), we include it. Pro and Agency can look up a public website and phone on demand where one exists.
Industry exposure is the biggest factor (a new trucking company outranks a new consulting LLC), adjusted for data quality: a real business address, a state-reported industry code, entity type and whether it's a new location of an existing business. It's an estimate to help you prioritize, not underwriting advice.
You're responsible for following TCPA, the National Do Not Call Registry, state telemarketing laws and insurance solicitation rules. Email outreach must follow CAN-SPAM. We recommend email-first, personal, one-to-one outreach and honoring every opt-out.
Holding and investment shells, nonprofits and religious organizations, filings whose only address is a registered-agent or virtual-office mail drop, and (in Texas) sole proprietors whose trade name is just their own name.
